How much does NeoAgora cost?
Creating your site is free. To put it online, it's a monthly subscription, cancellable at any time, in Canadian dollars plus taxes: Essential at $24 a month, Professional at $49 and Business at $99. For bigger needs, several sites, or for a federation, a co-op or a nonprofit, the Enterprise plan is tailored: let's talk.
See pricing.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. You create your site for free: AI writes it and you see it before paying anything. No credit card is needed to create it.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The subscription is monthly and can be cancelled at any time, at no charge. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
Do the prices include taxes?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars and taxes are extra: Essential $24, Professional $49 and Business $99 a month, before taxes.
Which languages does NeoAgora work in?
French and English. AI translates your site into English and your visitors switch languages with one click. The AI agent answers in French, English, Spanish or German. The federation intranet is also available in French and English.
Can I edit my site myself?
Yes. You change a text, a photo, a color or a section in everyday language with AI, or by hand, and you can go back to an earlier version. By hand, your edits are unlimited; the number of AI edits depends on your plan.
What does the AI agent on my site do?
It answers your visitors' common questions 24 hours a day, based on your texts and the documents you give it: PDF, Word, Excel, text or web page. If a visitor leaves their contact details, you receive an email. It doesn't book appointments: it points to your site's booking page.
How do my clients book appointments?
They book online from your site and only see the free times: two people can't take the same one. The client receives a confirmation, then an email reminder about 24 hours ahead, and can cancel with a link. They are added to your CRM. With the Professional and Business plans, the appointment also lands in your Google Calendar.
Can I send newsletters?
Yes. AI writes the subject line, the text and the photo; you have a passage reworded and send yourself a test. The newsletter goes out right away or on the date you choose, to your subscribers, in the newsletter's language. Your site's sign-up form fills the list, and you see who opened each send.
Which social networks can I use?
It depends on the plan. Professional ($49 a month) includes Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Business ($99 a month) includes all networks: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, X, TikTok, Reddit and WhatsApp. Essential and Free don't include social networks. The details are on the
pricing page. AI prepares each post with its text, image, date and time; you approve, then it goes out at the scheduled time.
Does AI publish without my approval?
No. AI prepares, you approve. Nothing goes out without your approval: an article stays a draft until you've reviewed it, a post waits for your approval and you send yourself a test of the newsletter before it goes out.
How does the grant help work?
You describe your project. Among the 9,800+ grant programs in Canada, we find the ones that fit and you're guided step by step as you build your application. Each program has its own rules: if none truly suits your project, we'll tell you. It starts with a
meeting.
Who is the federation intranet for?
For federations, their co-ops and the nonprofits in their network: more than 30 modules (announcements, training, committees, map, projects and more) shared by the whole network. Each organization has its own space and access is set by role. Nothing to install: everything is done online, on your phone too. See
the federation platform or
how FECHAM uses it.
Where are the portal and the intranet hosted?
The portal, the intranet and their databases are hosted in Canada, in Beauharnois and Montréal.
How do I reach support?
Write to
[email protected]: you'll get a reply by email. Clients also get support inside the portal. In a federation's intranet, support is handled through tickets, right inside the platform.
